How it works

How it works, from start to finish

  1. 01

    You send a proposal

The brand proposes a collaboration to the creator

  2. 02

    The creator accepts

The creator reviews the proposal and accepts

  3. 03

    You fund escrow

The brand pays upfront the agreed amount with the creator (the payment is held in escrow)

  4. 04

    The creator delivers

The creator produces the content requested by the brand and publishes it on their traffic source

  5. 05

    You review and approve

    The brand approves the delivery

  6. 06

    Payment is released

The creator receives the payment (released from escrow to their account)

Steps where money is protected by escrow

HOW WE PROTECT YOUR MONEY

Your money, protected at every step

At Starfay, payment is held in escrow until delivery is confirmed. Neither the brand risks their money, nor the creator their work.

  1. 1

The brand pays, but the creator doesn't get paid yet

The money enters escrow. It's held safely, out of reach of both parties, until the work is completed.

No blind advances. No unpaid work. And live 24/7 support for brands and creators at every step of the way.
