The brand pays, but the creator doesn't get paid yet
The money enters escrow. It's held safely, out of reach of both parties, until the work is completed.
The creator has a guaranteed deadline
From the moment they accept the contract, they have at least 7 days to deliver. The brand can grant more time, never less.
If the creator doesn't deliver on time, the brand gets its money back
Once the deadline passes without delivery, the refund is automatic. The brand loses nothing.
If the creator delivers, the brand reviews and confirms
Upon confirmation, the money is released to the creator. Work done, payment done.
And if the brand doesn't confirm? The creator still gets paid
After 7 days from delivery without a response, the payment is automatically released to the creator. No one can keep the work without paying.
